Description of the Assignment: The main objective of this assignment is to ensure comprehensive documentation of the Nagarik App covering its technical and non-technical aspects that can be utilized for future improvement and integration of new services in the app based on DPI approach in Nepal. For further details please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) – Annex 1.
Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 25 days Spread Over (September 2025 - November 2025)
