Introduction

Only suppliers based in United States are eligible to participate in this RFQ. 

UNDP is supporting the City of San Francisco and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) to meaningfully and measurably improve customer experiences on Muni, the city’s public transportation system, by gathering information in real-time, responding to reported issues, and closing feedback loops.

UNDP is seeking a service provider to engage with the public at Muni stops and stations and onboard Muni vehicles, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, and facilitating incentives to riders providing detailed feedback.


Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-biddersDo not create a new profile if you already have one.
