Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for delivering comprehensive capacity-building services on Community-Based Resilience Building (CBRB) in Ethiopia and Togo. 

The selected provider will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality training modules and materials tailored to local governments and civil society organizations to strengthen community resilience to disaster and climate risks. This assignment will involve developing and delivering in-person trainings, facilitating joint workshops, and supporting the institutionalization of government-led resilience programmes at local level. The focus is on participatory, inclusive methods that empower local actors and foster long-term impact in the project countries.
