Introduction
UNDP-TLS-00272 Development of a Data Collection and Management System (DCMS)
United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites qualified and interested firms to submit proposals for the Development of a Data Collection and Management System (DCMS) for the Ministry of Finance, Timor-Leste as described in the Request for Proposals.
