Introduction
Description: A National firm Technical Assistance for EEE Circular Economy Project Preparation in Viet Nam: EPR Policy, Stakeholder Engagement, and Project Document Localization.Duration: From September to December 2025
Overall objective: The objective of this assignment is to engage a National Firm to provide technical assistance during the Project Preparation Grant (PPG) phase for the "Reduce waste and chemicals of concerns through promoting circularity in electric and electronic equipment (EEE) management in Viet Nam" Project, which is currently awaiting GEF approval. This support will ensure the comprehensive development and readiness of the full-scale project, specifically by navigating the evolving Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policy landscape, fostering robust stakeholder engagement, and localizing the Project Document for effective national alignment and approval, thereby facilitating its successful implementation.
