Introduction
UNDP Viet Nam is seeking for 01 National firm to Support the development of the joint synthesis on the Blue Business Models for Viet Nam for the Project "Planning of National Marine Space for Ocean Sustainability and Climate Change Response in Viet Nam", as described in this documentation.
Duration: From October 2025 to December 2025.
Overall objective: The consulting firm will provide the development of the WB- VASI- UNDP joint synthesis on the Blue Business Models in use for Viet Nam.
Key analytical inputs to the synthesis on the BBMs for Viet Nam includes 4 main parts, especially on parts III & IV (see in Annex 1). Additionally, it will be complemented with a 5-page policy paper based on the key findings of the synthesis, gaps, policy barriers, readiness and blue business models recommended, and building broad support and engagement.
The three primary objectives of this assignment are to:
1. Development and assessment of part III on Mapping Readiness and Expanding Blue Business Models in Vietnam and part IV on Recommendations and Pathways Forward;
2. Consultation and Finalization of the BBMs for Viet Nam;
3. Publication and Dissemination of the BBMs for Viet Nam.
