Hiring a service provider to provide technical support to the Brazilian government in assessing and improving land-use and land-cover mapping, in order to ensure the quality and transparency of estimates for the Land Use, Land-Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) sector, which will be included in the results of the National Inventory of Anthropogenic Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Removals, to be published in the Fifth National Communication and in Brazil’s Biennial Transparency Reports to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
