Description of the Assignment: National Individual Consultant for Technical and Implementation Support for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) readiness for Selected Tier 1A LGUs

 

Period of assignment/services: 68 working-days  spread from November 2025 to June 2026

Competencies and Qualifications:

The Consultant should possess the following qualifications:   

• A Bachelor’s degree preferably related to planning, business management, accountancy, engineering, environment or any related profession
• At least five (5) years of work experience in extended producer responsibility, solid waste management, plastics industry, logistics and/or business development
• At least one (1) year of professional experience working with, capacitating or supporting either LGUs, waste diverters, obliged enterprises, or producer responsibility organizations, in extended producer responsibility (EPR) implementation or participation

• Proficiency in Filipino and English
