1. Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights from suppliers regarding the purchase of services and supply of goods from legal commercial entities for the establishment of the Long-Term Agreement(s) (LTA(s)) for the supply of Spare Parts for Vehicles and Vehicle Maintenance Services in Samoa. This RFI aims to understand the market landscape and identify potential suppliers for future procurement activities. Suppliers are requested to complete the following questionnaire, which covers five key areas of market analysis.


2. Instructions to Respondents

Respondents are requested to provide comprehensive information in the following key areas of market analysis. Please ensure all responses are clear, concise, and supported by relevant data or documentation where applicable.

RFI Submission instruction:

Submission via email-

The supplier can submit the RFI via email to procurement.ws@undp.org with the subject line “UNDP Request for Information UNDP-WSM-00190” 

Submission via Quantum- 

The supplier can submit via the Quantum portal. 

Offers can be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/  using the profile you may have in the portal. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in UNDP website:

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
