Introduction

 The  Knowledge  Project  is  seeking  a  highly  qualified  company  to redesign  and redevelop the Knowledge4All web portal and mobile application as part of its 2025 Annual Work Plan. The objective is to create a modern, user-friendly, and visually advanced platform that enhances the overall user experience and supports long-term growth.

 The selected company will deliver both design and development services for all existing and new modules. On the design side, this includes presenting multiple creative concepts aligned with the project's goals, using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Designs must support customization, duplication, and scalability, with a strong focus on mobile responsiveness and accessibility.

 On the development side, the company will implement the approved designs through robust back-end functionality, CMS integration, and front-end coding. The system must ensure performance, security, and compliance with international standards. The mobile app should feature an intuitive, adaptable interface compatible across all devices and allow easy content updates as the platform evolves.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website:  https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
