1. Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Samoa Multi-Country Office (MCO) is seeking information from qualified and experienced vehicle hiring service providers based in Samoa. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to identify capable suppliers who can support UNDP’s operational needs for staff, programme, and project transportation and mobility. UNDP is committed to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for its staff and partners. We are interested in learning about your company’s capacity to provide vehicle rental services, including sedans, minibuses, coaster buses, and other suitable vehicles, along with professional drivers and comprehensive support. We kindly request that you review the attached RFI document, which outlines the scope of services, supplier qualifications, and the required information. Your response will help us understand the market landscape and inform us about our upcoming procurement process. Respondents are requested to provide comprehensive information in the following key areas of market analysis. Please ensure all responses are clear, concise, and supported by relevant data or documentation where applicable.
