Introduction
UNDP Viet Nam is looking for 01 qualified National academic institution to support Logistics and Organization of the National Youth Camp on Finalizing the Youth4NDC Report and Roadmap.
The updated Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) to be submitted by November 2025 have the potential to unlock opportunities to reach net-zero emissions by mid-century and achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement.
As Viet Nam prepares its updated Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0) to the Paris Agreement, ensuring the meaningful engagement of young people is both a strategic opportunity and a policy imperative. In recognition of this, the Youth Policy Working Group (YPWG), with support from UNDP Viet Nam, is leading the development of a Youth4NDC Report - a youth-led report that reflects youth perspectives, priorities, and actionable contributions to national climate goals.
The purpose of this assignment is to host the National Youth Camp in close cooperation with UNDP and DCC (MAE) and ensure the smooth and professional organization of the second Youth Camp and the public launch of the Youth Roadmap for Viet Nam’s NDC 3.0. after COP30. Specifically, the contracted firm will:
1. Provide end-to-end logistical and organizational support for the National Youth Camp in Hanoi, at the campus of bidder, including venue, travel, per diem, catering, materials, documentation, and subcontracting of facilitators and a sketch note taker (instructed by UNDP).
2. Coordinate all participant management, including invitations, confirmations, travel/per diem arrangements, and on-site support.
3. Ensure all event materials and documentation (agenda, participants list, photos, notes, visual sketch notes) meet UNDP branding and accessibility standards.
4. Organize and host the public launch of the Youth Roadmap at UN House, including venue, technical setup, catering, simultaneous interpretation, and coordination of media and stakeholders.
5. Prepare and submit a consolidated final report covering both events, including lessons learned, participant feedback, and full documentation packages.
