Introduction

Call-Off Arrangement - Expression of Interest (EOI)

Civil Engineer Consultancy – Samoa, Tokelau, Cook Islands, Niue

The UNDP Multi-Country Office (MCO) for Samoa, Tokelau, the Cook Islands, and Niue maintains a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with prequalified engineering service providers. This Call-Off arrangement is crucial for the rapid deployment of technical expertise for short-term infrastructure assignments. These assignments are of utmost importance as they support climate resilience, public works, and community development in our regions. The LTA for the retainer will be initially for one year and subsequently for another year but not exceeding three years altogether.

UNDP invites interested and eligible candidate to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in respect of provision of the requirements described below. The purpose of the REOI is to identify suppliers that wish to participate in a forthcoming solicitation process.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ using the profile you may have in the portal.
