Introduction

Dear Supplier,

Kindly review the attached Terms of Reference document for all information regarding this re-tender. Evaluation will be done on a PASS/FAIL basis. Bidders must be available for clarifications in case there are questions related to the documents submitted. In case of a FAIL on a specific requirement below or in the ToR, the bid will be considered non-compliant.
