Introduction

UNDP Viet Nam is looking for a Viet Nam National Blue Carbon Action Partnership (NBCAP Viet Nam) Engagement and Communication Associate to support the management of a multi-stakeholder partnership, communications activities and events facilitation, as described in this documentation. 

From October 2025, UNDP Viet Nam will begin to prepare for taking on the role of hosting the Secretariat of the NBCAP Viet Nam, once established. The NBCAP Viet Nam Engagement and Communication Associate will support the NBCAP Viet Nam Manager in managing the multi-stakeholder partnership, sharing its knowledge to the NBCAP community, implementing communications and facilitating the organization of meetings and events of the NBCAP Viet Nam.

Estimated number of working days: 120 working days during November 2025 and April 2026

Duty station: UNDP Office
