The vendor shall submit a comprehensive proposal for a turnkey solar PV solution based on the following scope of work:
- Supply and delivery of a grid-tied solar PV system configured to a 13 kWp capacity.
- Installation, User Acceptance Test (UAT), and Commissioning of the complete system
- Integration of the complete system into the facility and existing power supply
- Provision of bi-annual preventive maintenance visits and after-sales service by the local partner, supplemented by two (2) additional cleaning visits per year, resulting in a total of four (4) visits annually (for 3 a total of years).
- Training of the users on system operation and basic maintenance to ensure first-level response and maintenance oversight.
- Electrical upgrades required to bring the existing installation into compliance and ensure safe integration of the PV system. These include essential corrective and preparatory works identified in the Electrical Installation Assessment report of FAO Mozambique’s premises, as further detailed in Section 3.8.9.
