We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Professional Services for Developing and Socializing an Integrated Landscape Management (ILM) Framework, including Background Research and Targeted Scenario Analyses

Scope of Services
As per the TOR, deliver a Sabah-tailored ILM framework aligned with FOLUR by assessing land use/governance (desk research & GIS), defining governance/coordination/land-use/sustainable production/finance & incentives/M&E, mapping stakeholders and holding ≥4 consultations, executing a comms plan (policy brief, infographic, explainer video; 1 high-level briefing; 3 public sessions; 3 community dialogues), running 3 capacity-building sessions, identifying criteria and proposing 2–3 pilot landscapes (site ID only), and recommending policy/institutional measures for integration at national and state levels.
