Re-advertised: Renovation of NMSF Data Center in Khartoum

The National Medical Supplies Fund (NMSF) is relaunching its central data center in Khartoum following extensive damage caused by the recent conflict. The data center is critical to NMSF’s digital operations, including digital inventory management, procurement systems, and health logistics. The infrastructure includes raised flooring, FM800 modules, smart cooling, fire protection, and access control systems.
UNDP Sudan, in collaboration with NMSF, seeks to engage a qualified contractor to conduct NMSF's data center rehabilitation on a lump sum contracting arrangement, in accordance with the designs, scope of works, specifications and bill of quantities (BOQs) annexed to this request for quotation.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
