Introduction
В условиях растущих угроз пандемий и инфекционных заболеваний, стремление к укреплению национальных лабораторий и точек входа в Казахстан приобретает особую значимость. Совместный проект ВОЗ и ПРООН "Поддержка усиления национальных лабораторий и пунктов въезда для готовности к пандемии", инициированный в рамках гранта Пандемического Фонда "Укрепление национальных возможностей для подготовки к пандемиям и реагирования на вспышки инфекционных заболеваний в Казахстане", направлен на развитие возможностей Казахстана в обнаружении, реагировании на угрозы и управлении здоровьем населения. В рамках данного проекта предусмотрено оснащение лабораторий Министерства здравоохранения в регионах Казахстана, включая обеспечение специализированным транспортом для эффективной перевозки биообразцов. Это позволит обеспечить надлежащую поддержку в исследовательских, мониторинговых и ответных мерах, что является важным шагом к устойчивости системы здравоохранения страны перед лицом будущих вызовов.
Улучшение инфраструктуры лабораторий и контроль за санитарными условиями являются критически важными для повышения исследовательских возможностей и укрепления мер по наблюдению и контролю за заболеваниями. Технические оценки состояния зданий и лабораторий, а также разработка проектной документации позволят создать подробные планы для ремонта и обновления, что, в свою очередь, приведет к улучшению функциональности и стандартов безопасности лабораторий. Новый вирусологический лабораторный комплекс в Туркестане обеспечит дополнительные ресурсы для научных исследований и контроля заболеваний, а модернизированные санитарные и карантинные пункты повысят готовность к потенциальным угрозам для общественного здоровья. Проект направлен на обеспечение долгосрочной готовности к реагированию на вызовы в области общественного здоровья.
Цель работы: Осуществить строительство объекта: «Строительство здания филиала «Национальный центр экспертизы» по Туркестанской области по адресу: г.Туркестан, мкр.1, ст-е 50А» в соответствии с утвержденной проектно-сметной документацией.

In the context of growing threats of pandemics and infectious diseases, the desire to strengthen national laboratories and entry points in Kazakhstan is of particular importance. Joint project of WHO and UNDP "Supporting the strengthening of national laboratories and points of entry for pandemic preparedness", initiated under the Pandemic Fund grant "Strengthening National Capacities to Prepare for Pandemics and Response to Infectious Disease Outbreaks in Kazakhstan", is aimed at developing Kazakhstan's capabilities in detecting, responding to threats and managing public health. The project provides for equipping laboratories of the Ministry of Health in the regions of Kazakhstan, including providing specialized transport for the efficient transportation of bio-samples. This will ensure adequate support in research, monitoring, and response measures, which is an important step towards the sustainability of the country's health system in the face of future challenges.
Improving laboratory infrastructure and sanitary control are critical to enhancing research capabilities and strengthening disease surveillance and control. Technical assessments of buildings and laboratories, as well as the development of design documentation, will enable detailed plans for renovation and renovation, which in turn will improve laboratory functionality and safety standards. The new virology laboratory complex in Turkestan will provide additional resources for research and disease control, while upgraded sanitary and quarantine facilities will enhance preparedness for potential public health threats. The project aims to ensure long-term preparedness to respond to public health challenges.
