Une entreprise peut soumissionner à un ou plusieurs lots. Chaque soumissionnaire peut présenter une offre pour un ou plusieurs lots, mais doit soumettre un dossier séparé pour chaque lot.
Le régime de taxation applicable à ce marché est l’IMP 8%, dans ce sens, les prix doivent être présentés avec un Montant - sans aucune précision HT, TVA, TTC, IMP ou IMP compris.
