Objective:

To develop a set of 23 distinctive, visually consistent and conceptually relevant icons representing each of the NBSAP National Targets, aligned with the KM-GBF’s visual style and ensuring alignment with UNDP and Government of Lao PDR communication and branding standards.

Scope of Work

1.   Concept Consultation and Development:

· Review the 23 NBSAP Global and National Targets and relevant thematic areas.

· Consult with UNDP (NBSAP Project and communications team) to understand the thematic meaning, symbolism, design tone and visual direction for each target.

· Develop a short concept note including sample sketches, art style, color palette, mood board options for approval.

 

2.   Icon Design and Development:

· Develop and design 23 unique icons symbolizing the NBSAP National Targets in both English and Lao Versions (aligned with the KM-GBF Framework).

-  Ensure the icons are clear, simple, easily recognizable across different communication platforms.

· Present draft icons for reviews and feedback from UNDP and MAE (Up to three revisions).

 

3.   Quality Assurance and Finalization

· Refine and finalize all icons based on the consolidated feedback.

· Deliver final outputs in editable and print-ready formats.

· Deliver final visual style guide (Outlining usage standards, typography and color references)
