UNDP-TLS-00295-Individual Consultant Digital Media & AI Design Expert

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) requires the services of a National Individual Consultant – Digital Media & AI Design Expert to support the implementation of the Pro PALOP TL SAI (Phase III) project in Timor-Leste. The consultant will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual materials, integrating AI-driven tools for audience analysis, branding, and campaign performance monitoring. UNDP therefore invites interested and qualified individuals to submit an offer for this assignment.

Country:   Timor-Leste

Period of assignment/services: Approximately 150 days within a period of 7 months

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
