Introduction
RFQ/CRVS/2511/103 – Supply of 100 Brand-New Multifunction Printers for RGD
Transforming Local Administrative Data Collection Systems for SDG Acceleration in Sri Lanka is a joint programme implemented by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP and World Health Organization (WHO) in Sri Lanka under the leadership of Government of Sri Lanka and UN Sri Lanka, to digitally strengthen the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) system, which is currently primarily paper-based. The project aims to create an interoperable digital CRVS system taking a multi-pronged approach which will pave the way for integrating digital solutions such as SLUDI, ultimately ensuring equitable access to legal identity and public services for all citizens.
As part of the support provided to the RGD for digital transformation of the RGD, hardware required to scale up the ePopulation system and expand to all parts of the country will be provided.
To this effect, UNDP Sri Lanka invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of 100 printers, in accordance with the specifications provided herein.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
