The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine hereby invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-UKR-01503 for procurement of 26 vehicles for the National Joint Stock Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine”. The vehicles will be used to transport personnel involved in the repair and operation of combined heat and power plants, heating plants and electrical networks, as well as for the rapid elimination of damage that may be caused by the Russian Federation to heating or electrical networks and other equipment. This measure will minimise the time during which the population will be forced to be without heating or electricity, ensuring the security of heat and electricity supplies.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on November 25, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (Kyiv time) via Teams.
