Descripción de la Asignación: Prestación de servicios profesionales para Apoyo técnico jurídico de la Secretaría Técnica de la Misión de Descentralización en los ejes de trabajo definidos. Cualquier solicitud de aclaración debe enviarse por escrito a través de la funcionalidad de mensajería en el portal
Las aclaraciones o adendas deberán consultarse únicamente en el sistema Quantum, por tanto, será responsabilidad de los/las interesados/as verificar si hay aclaraciones o adendas correspondientes al proceso.
El PNUD responderá por escrito incluyendo una explicación de la consulta sin identificar la fuente de la consulta.
Se adjunta manual a proveedores, contratistas, consultores para registrase y presentar oferta.
