UNDP Office of Procurement, Crisis, Energy & Environment (CREE)
UNDP intends to establish Global and Specialized Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with qualified suppliers of hydromet equipment, in order to provide an accurate water bodies observation, remote sensing and early warning systems. The LTAs will include both equipment and services and may therefore incorporate Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Once the LTAs are established, UNDP GPU CREE and WMO will use secondary bidding exercises among the awarded LTA holders to support the procurement of goods and services with technical specifications for each specific case.
