Introduction :

The Support to COVID-19 emergency response and vaccination promotion in the Palestinian Territory Project aims to strengthen the government and partners’ capacity to advance the COVID-19 vaccination promotion, while strengthening the health system’s capacity to maintain and ensure continuity of essential healthcare services, considering the burden and challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

To achieve the overarching goal, UNDP will focus the support on four components that were identified in close coordination with the Ministry of Health (MoH), the Health Cluster, the Working Groups, and the UN agencies working in the health sector. The four components are:

·       Deployment of health personnel to support the COVID-19 vaccination

·       Support to mobile health clinics in rural areas (Area C) to ensure vaccination and primary healthcare coverage in marginalized communities

·       Provision of critical medical equipment and supplies to support and maintain essential health care services

·       Evidence generation to support decision making: development of knowledge products inform policies and strengthen institutional capacities.

The service provider will design social media content, infographics, develop videos and other communication products to strategically communicate the results achieved and provide visibility for all relevant stakeholders engaged in the project. The service provider will ensure that all materials produced are following UNDP’s branding and graphic guidelines.
