- The Standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability - Offeror´s Letter - Annex 2
- The Individual Contract and its General Terms and Conditions and Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, Annex 3, which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process.
- The Statement of Health for Individual Contractors form - Annex 4.
- The Designation of Beneficiary for IC Contract form - Annex 5.
- The Evaluation Criteria to be considered - listed/included in the Terms of Reference, TOR, Annex 1.
- UNDP Quantum - User Guide For suppliers - Annex 6
This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP.
The procedures for the acquisition of services will be the ones indicated by the United Nations Development Program, UNDP.
This process is directed only to one individual. Any proposal received by more than two individuals jointly or legal entity will be rejected. Likewise, all the proposals from consultants involved in the elaboration of the present Terms of Reference will be rejected.
Deadline to submit offers: May 12, at 15:00 (Panama time)
Deadline for clarification requests: May 10, at 15:00 (Panama time)
