| Introduction :
SDG Business Pioneers Award in Bosnia and Herzegovina is an annual award activity that recognizes and accentuates the efforts of private sector companies related to achieving the SDGs in BiH as well as motivates new entrepreneurs to create their business models in accordance with the SDGs. The Award started in 2019 and in 2023 it will be organized for the fifth time.
In 2023, the Award will be organized within the framework of the project "Translating the SDG Framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina into sustainable and inclusive growth (SDG2BIH)" funded by Sweden. The project aims to aims to support the authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH) in their efforts and progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as per targets defined in the SDG Framework in BIH. As of 2021, the Award’s official partner is Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FTCBIH).
The main purpose of the request is to provide technical support during SDG Business Pioneers 2023 Award Ceremony in line with ToR and techincal specifications attached hereto.Timewise, the SDG Business Pioneers in BiH for 2023 will be declared on 14 June 2023. The award-winning ceremony will be held at the Pozorište mladih (Youth Theatre) in Sarajevo. This will be an evening event, tentatively scheduled to start at 20:00, lasting two hours. The implementation of these tasks is expected to last 15 days June 1st to June 15th 2023, while the min even will take place on 14 June 2023.
