Introduction
Dear Service Provider,
UNDP would like to procure 4 days Full day conference facilities to support Co-creation work planning workshop as per the below specifications;
- 16th May 2023- 22Pax - Full day Conference
- 17th May 2023- 22Pax - Full day Conference
- 18th May 2023- 33 Pax - Full day Conference
- 19th May 2023- 33Pax - Half day Conference without Lunch
- Full day conference services in consideration of COVID-19 SOP’s with Morning and afternoon Break teas, lunch buffet with drink and 2 bottles of water per participant provided during the workshop
- Projector and screen, PA system, notebooks, flipchart and pens to be provided
- Complementary wi-fi
Please send a signed and stamped price quotation on your letterhead, by return mail to tenders.kampala@undp.org not later than 10th May 2023, in Ugandan shillings, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should show clearly your tax identification number, TIN.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
