Developing the ToR for EPR Information System in Montenegro
The contractor will be tasked to develop a detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) information system design. The ToR will be used as part of tender documentation to be issued at a later stage and needs to provide clear guidance for development of the system that will be align with the requirements outlined in the draft Law on Waste Management, which is currently in the process of adoption as well as adhere to the best practices and relevant EU legislation on EPR.
