The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Maldives on behalf of Resident Coordinator Office in Maldives, United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in the country are looking for hotels/resorts and companies active in providing venue facilities for entering into a three-year Long Term Agreement for the provision of conference facilities and hotel accommodation services in order to organize meetings in Maldives from ed-June 2023.

The Contractors shall facilitate the organization and make arrangements for the hosting of events inclusive of arranging of venues and all associated facilities, in addition to identifying suitable halls, identifying and allocating accommodation, providing electronic and audio-visual equipment and workshop materials, and arranging meeting packages (breakfast, lunch, refreshment, and dinner) as required.
