Introduction
We kindly requests you to submit your proposal for the assignment RFP/2023/023 -Needs assessment of the corruption reporting system.
USPC's SDG Partnerships Project on the “Clean Portal” aims to contribute to upgrading the existing hotline system using a systems design approach, using the ‘clean portal’ system of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) of South Korea, as a reference point, and utilizing ACRC’s technical advise and UNDP’s Seoul Policy Center (USPC)’s seed funding. The objective of this assignment is to conduct needs assessment of the existing corruption reporting system by using systems’ design approach and mapping it against the ACRC’s “Clean Portal” for adaptability and upgrade and propose revised system’s architecture
The contracted national institute will Produce a first draft of needs assessment including gap analysis, business process mapping and proposals to improve the current system and platforms, Assess the public trust in the system and Validate needs assessment findings and produce final report and presentations;
The duration of assignment is 2 months.
