Introduction

Scope of Work:

To undertake project activities for enhancing energy efficiency and integrate renewable energy in 40 secondary steel plants in Mandi Gobindgarh-Ludhiana cluster in Punjab, India.

 The brief description of scope of work under this assignment are as follows.

 (i)   Developing cluster profile and conducting workshops to create awareness,

(ii)  Onboarding interested mini steel plants unit including Steel Re Rolling Mills (SRRM), Induction Furnace(IF) and Composite mills. 

(iii) Conducting energy audits and renewable energy assessments and handholding for interventions in selected cluster. 

Location: Punjab, India

Duration: June, 2023 to December 2023
