The UNDP offices are currently housed at plot 3, Sam Nujoma Road Dar es Salaam and 107 Toure drive. The services might also be required in other UN offices locations. As the context of the required contracting of services is building and office maintenance which includes but not limited to masonry works, carpenter jobs, electrical system maintenance and repairs as better specified in the chart below. The contractor must be conversant with such kind of work and knowledgeable of standards and requirements in this context. Interested Suppliers are hereby invited to quote for Building maintenance Services as further detailed in this tender.
