Introduction :
Scope of Work The central warehouse serves 13 central hospitals and 56 primary health care clinics all over the Gaza Strip. The drugs and medications are stored in refrigerators under a special temperature and storage conditions that need an electrical power supply 24 hours /7 days. The project will support in installing of solar energy for the MoH Central Drugs warehouse and improving its ventilation conditions, a new On-Grid Renewable Energy PV system with an approximate capacity of 120 KWp will be installed and will be connected with the GEDCO electricity network and the existing generators to ensure that the drugs warehouse will receive electricity contributing to storing all drugs and vaccinations in a suitable storing environment and all refrigerators are continuously functional. The installed system will save on the electricity bill for the warehouse and will utilize a sustainable green energy source for the warehouse.
