Long term agreement for provision of Conference Facilities and Hotel Accommodation Services to UN agencies at Bangkok, Thailand
United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

The United Nations Development Programme, Asia-Pacific Regional Centre (UNDP) is acting on behalf of UN Agencies in Bangkok looking for service providers for the provision of conference facilities and hotel accommodation services in order to organize meetings in Bangkok, Thailand, starting from 1 March 2023 to 28 February 2024, with an option to renew for two additional years.
Since Bangkok tends to be a regional hub to organize workshops, trainings and conferences for the Asia and Pacific Region, UNDP and partner UN agencies will organize many of trainings and workshops during the said period upon request from organizers. It is therefore important that UNDP and partner agencies identify a strategic hotel and engage the specific hotel for the provision of conference facilities and hotel accommodation services through competitive bidding process.
In case there will be any workshops or trainings organized in Bangkok, UNDP will primarily contract the strategic hotel partner without going through the procurement process each time. The strategic hotel will gain benefit from the volume of the services used by UN agencies in Bangkok. This will be a win-win solution for both parties.
