Country: Montenegro Description of the Assignment: The objective of the assignment is to support the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro in the transition to the new accounting system through 1. Preparing of Accounting Manual; 2. Preparing of Manual for Reporting with detailed explanations and examples for applying the Rulebook for reporting in public sector, which will enable financial reporting and consolidation of bodies and legal entities which are obliged to apply the Law on Accounting in Public Sector; 3. Advisory in finalization of the secondary legislation. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 15 June 2023 - 30 Novemeber 2023 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
