Introduction :
País: El Salvador Esta consultoría se enmarca en un proyecto financiado por COSUDE en el que participan UNDRR, CEPREDENAC y PNUD con OCHA, que propone generar cambios sistémicos y duraderos en el desempeño de los actores públicos - en particular CEPREDENAC y los entes nacionales homólogos - y privados con el fin de que a mediano y largo plazo se logre salvar más vidas y reducir las pérdidas y daños por desastres, debido a una gestión del riesgo y de los desastres más efectiva, inclusiva y basada en principios, que la población sufra menos por los desastres, incrementando al final la resiliencia de la población vulnerable de Centroamérica frente a desastres.
