Introduction

Develop an online Socio-Economic Vulnerability Information Management System (SEV-IMS) for local governments to allow them efficiently identify vulnerable people; monitor, respond and deliver the basic services to vulnerable populations in their local units.” This system should be based on online and organized in web-based data storage system so that concerned authorities could access, enter/upload, revise, and analyze that information from anywhere via internet.

SEV-IMS will strengthen local governments capacity to respond vulnerable people during internal shocks like monsoon related disasters, economic downfall, natural disasters etc. It contributes to better coordination of services and linking beneficiaries with other government programmes.
