Introduction : Country:   Bangladesh 

The objective of the Assignment:           

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Head of Exploration, the Programme Management Support consultant will provide support to the Accelerator Lab on design, concept, stakeholder requirement analysis, coordination, and proposal development on the two initiatives of the Bangladesh Accelerator Lab (Upskilling of Youth via Blended Mechanism and Innovative Education Delivery Methodology). For this purpose, the Accelerator Lab team would like to bring on board a Programme Management Support consultant to perform a variety of tasks in two major aspects, that are strictly time-bound as the two initiatives need to be rolled out immediately. 

A)     Support the Accelerator Lab on Project Design and Partner Coordination of the “Upskilling Youth on Emerging Technologies” Pilot.
B)     Support the Accelerator Lab on Project Conceptualization and Concept Development of Innovative Education Delivery Methodology.
The 
National Consultant is expected to be an expert in their understanding of the local context in terms of social innovation, youth development, entrepreneurial skills development, educational innovation, and executing learning and innovation challenges and programs with local youth and has a good track record of working with students, youth, universities, and innovation supporting institutions.

Period of assignment/services: 30 working days over 2 months starting from June 2023.
