Description of the assignment: National Digital Expert for the Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Economy and Trade. Project Title: Support to Digitization of Consumer Protection Services – 00133627. Period of assignment/services: 152 working days spread over a period of 7 months. Proposals should be submitted online through the UNDP Procurement platform Quantum no later than 12 June 2023 at 3:00 PM Beirut Local Time. Proposals will not be received through email. Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. IMPORTANT NOTE: The amount of Financial Offer MUST not be mentioned anywhere in the submitted documents or eTedendring system, except on “Lines” tab of the system. The Financial Proposal MUST be password protected and the password will be requested later as per the IC requirements. Failure in compliance with the mentioned conditions shall result in rejection of the offer. Please put value of 1 USD in the price line instead of the financial proposal amount. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
