Description of the Assignment: 


The UNODC seeks a consultant to fill the role of Legal Expert on Human Rights-Based Approach to Drug Control who will provide support to the implementation of activities under the HRBA-Drugs components, particularly for the activities stated above. The Individual Consultant shall provide technical legal services to the UNODC PHL team to support the UN’s agenda on HRBA drugs in the Philippines.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

 

For the period June - 04 July 2023, the consultant will be responsible for serving as Legal Expert on Human Rights-Based Approach to Drug Control for the JPHR. The consultant will be directly reporting to and supervised by the Senior Policy Adviser of UNODC Manila and the Senior National Programme Officer. The following outlines the consultant’s work:
