Full name: Terms of reference for the implementation of work on the creation of the engineering infrastructure of the data center complex at the Ministry of Justice (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Justice)

The Project is being implemented in order to ensure that the data center premises comply with modern standards to ensure guaranteed uptime of IT equipment with specified levels of availability, reliability, security and manageability while maintaining the maximum possible functionality of IT equipment in emergency situations.

The main objectives of the Project implementation are:

- ensuring the required conditions for the physical placement of IT equipment in the data center;

- ensuring the required level of reliability, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of power supply for IT equipment and auxiliary equipment;

- ensuring the required level of reliability, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of cooling of IT equipment and auxiliary equipment;

- ensuring the protection of equipment and premises from negative external influences of natural and artificial origin (fire, flooding, leaks in building engineering systems, theft, etc.).
