The scope of work will first cover the institutionalization of the existing Gender Desks within their respective provincial government’s infrastructures. This will include the continuation of their normal activities, and preparation of PC-1s for each provincial government department to facilitate the government in institutionalizing it within their structure, effectively handing over the Gender Desks in all five cities and providing support to the government’s Gender Desks in initial months to ensure its smooth operationalization. 

The second component of the work will focus on the continuation of and reporting on the first part of the Balochistan programme. The selected company will be tasked with the consolidation of the success of the first phase, the creation of a sustainable and streamlined referral system between the stakeholders, communication activities and the drafting of the final report of the programme.
