Introduction :

UNDP requires the supply of goods and services (ICT equipment including the provision of services) for the deployment of the digital centers with interactive call centers in the locations mentioned in ToRs.  The requirement is divided in two lots: 

 

Lot 1: Data Center, Call Management, Computing and Network System, and Power and Electrical System for the MILG-BARMM; 

Lot 2: Digital Centers with Interactive Call Centers for the Ten (10) Local Government Units (LGUs) 

This project requires the supply and delivery of the required goods and services for the MILG Data Center and Digital Centers with Interactive Call Centers for LGUs, with minor civil works to be done in existing office buildings. Requirement has the following components:

  1. Data Center Infrastructure: Modular UPS, Precision Air Conditioning Unit, Fire Suppression System, Monitoring System, Access Control System and CCTV.
  2. Construction of Data Center partitions and slab
  3. ICT equipment – servers/storage, desktop computers/terminals, printers
  4. Communications equipment – IP phone with headset
  5. Active components/infrastructure - call system management, network system, power system, electrical, structured cabling
  6. Other units/equipment – air conditioners, generator sets, transfer switches, isolation transformers, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), auto-voltage regulators (AVRs)
  7. Licenses and subscriptions
  8. Professional services – installation, configuration, testing, after-sales support, training
