Introduction
UNDP invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in respect of provision of the requirements described below. The purpose of the REOI is to identify suppliers that wish to participate in a forthcoming solicitation process.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ using the profile you may have in the portal.
In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.

The UNDP Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific (RBAP) is seeking interested companies to submit expression of interest (EOI) in relation to provision of travel management services for up to 37 countries in the Asia and Pacific region. The travel management services will be required primarily for UNDP and could potentially be required for other UN agencies as well.
In preparation for the forthcoming solicitation process to establish Long-Term Agreements (LTA), this call for EOI aims to assess the market availability and viability of travel agencies in the Asia and Pacific region, size and experience of travel agencies in the region, and price formation mechanisms etc. The LTA would be concluded for an initial period of two (02) years, with a possibility to extend for another one (01) year subject to UNDP needs and satisfactory performance of the LTA holder. It is highly encouraged that interested companies consider forming joint venture / association / consortium to maximize the geographical and service coverage.
Should you have any question related to the EOI, please submit your question using the "Message" function in the Supplier Portal at no later than 5 working days before the EOI closing date.
