Introduction :
The objective of the assignment is to support just transition and build resilience of communities residing around abandoned/closed mines by providing information, knowledge and capacity in the skilling and employment domain to improve their employability in the project area. The assignment aims to provide Need based customised expert skilling and employment support to 800 youth, girls and women for their improved employability in local areas. It is expected that at least 50% of the beneficiaries will be female under this assignment.
