Introduction : Procurement Notice text ************************* This second amendment envisages upldoading of the 2nd Pre-bidding Conference Minutes for further consideration. *********************** Please consider the amendments introduced in the TOR and in the CFP highlighted in red font. Please also take note on the Pre-Bidding Conference Minutes uploaded along with the Amended TOR and CFP. Amended documents superseed previous documents, hence use these as a basis for preparing your proposals. 2nd Pre-bidding Conference will be conducted on 13 September 2023, 10:00 a.m. Dushanbe time (GMT +5) You can join 2nd Pre-Bidding Conference via zoom following this link: https://undp.zoom.us/j/84285485412 Amended timeline in CFP is introduced as follows:** 8 September 2023: Call for Proposal is amended, and deadline is extended. 13 September 2023, 10:00 a.m. 2nd Pre-bidding Conference will be conducted via zoom link shared. 29 September 2023: Deadline for organizations to submit proposals under this Call. 29 September – 15 October 2023: Assessment and selection processes will take place. 30 October 2023: Selected applicant will be notified. Proposals must be submitted directly in Quantum Supplier Portal following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal. Follow the instructions in the user guide to search for the tender using Negotiation ID in this document. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
