The 00103863 – Reducing Flood Risk in Kumanovo Region hereby invites you to submit a Bid (in MKD, VAT excluded or in USD for foreign Bidders) to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject by 14 August 2017 at 10 a.m.

Public opening of all bids will take place on 14 August 2017 at 10 a.m. in UNDP Conference room, ground floor.

A pre-tendering meeting with take place on 31 July 2017 at 11am.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, together in a sealed envelope, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.
